As a competitive athlete I value hard work, commitment, persistence, and creativity, which has, without a doubt, fueled my professional endeavors.  When working with clients, my philosophy is to make strong connections with individuals and teams in an effort to empower them with the requisite mental skills for goal achievement and sport enjoyment. I also know from experience - of both achievement and adversity - that the mental skills learned through sport can be applied to stressors that come academically, socially, and at home. Finally, I am particularly drawn to working with youth athletes as they journey through a critical time towards goal achievements.
