BASKETBALL RATES

TEAM/GROUP RENTAL

TEAM/GROUP SINGLE SESSION RATE

  • $125 per hour

TEAM PRACTICE PACKAGE (SPRING-SUMMER-FALL)

  • Book 9-12 Sessions in Advance: $100 per hour

  • Book 12+ Sessions in Advance: $80 per hour

  • *Winter Rate (Dec 1-March 31): $125 per hour per session

*Rate based on 1 single team or group. Court cannot be shared with multiple teams or groups. See Scrimmage rate.

TEAM SCRIMMAGE RENTAL (4 TEAM MAX PER COURT)

  • $65 Per Team Per Hour

 

OPEN PLAY RATES

COST:

  • $10 per player

DETAILS:

  • Open play rates based per player

  • Sessions open up based on schedule availability

  • Open to all players

  • Courts not limited to any one person or group

  • A waiver must be completed in full for each person participating. *Under 18 must have parent sign.

PRACTICE BILLING / CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY

  • A credit card is required to be on file with our office in order to practice in our facility.

  • We prefer payment in full prior to the start of your practice and at the latest the end of the practice. We will allow leniency should you not have total payment, however the card on file with our office will be charged the next day for the remaining balance for that practice.

  • You have 48 hours to contact our office and cancel your practice without penalty. Cancellations made in less than 48 hours advance notice will result in a 50% cancellation fee which will automatically be charged to the card on file.

  • In event of a “no-show” your card will be charged the full cost.

WEEKDAY COST:

  • $150 per hour 9am-4pm

  • 12+ SESSIONS: $250 per hour 4pm-10:30pm *PRIME TIME

  • 9-11 SESSIONS: $275 per hour 4pm-10:30pm *PRIME TIME

  • 8 OR LESS SESSIONS: $295 per hour 4pm-10:30pm *PRIME TIME

  • $225 per hour 6am-8am

  • 12+ SESSIONS: $250 per hour 8am-10:30pm *PRIME TIME

  • 9-11 SESSIONS: $275 per hour 8am-10:30pm *PRIME TIME

  • 8 OR LESS SESSIONS: $295 per hour 8am-10:30pm *PRIME TIME

TURF CANCELLATION POLICY

A 25% deposit is required to finalize all bookings. This deposit is spread out to pay for 25% of each rental date.

IMPORTANT DATES:

OCTOBER 15

  • Should you need to reduce your reservation, we will keep 25% of any cancelled dates/times.

NOVEMBER 1ST

  • Should you need to reduce your reservation, we will keep 50% of any cancelled dates/times.

DECEMBER 1ST

  • The schedule locks. No cancellations are permitted after December 1st with the exception of inclement weather. Any cancellations made after December 1st result in full forfeiture of the rental fee.

The money from your initial deposit will be used to cover these cancellation fees, it will not be rolled over as a credit towards your rental. Credit will not be issued and the initial deposit will not be rolled over as a credit to be used towards your remaining balance.

WE STRONGLY ADVISE YOU DON’T BOOK MORE TIMES THAN YOU ARE GOING TO USE. TO DETER “BLANKET BOOKING” (BOOKING AS MUCH TIME AS POSSIBLE AND LATER REDUCING YOUR RENTAL TO WHAT YOU NEED), WE HAVE IMPLEMENTED A STRICT CANCELLATION POLICY.

PICKLEBALL RENTAL RATES

COST:

  • $125 Per Hour - 3 Pickleball Courts (Using one gym space)

 

  • Rental rates based on number of hours and court space

  • A waiver must be completed in full for each person participating. *Under 18 must have a parent sign.

VOLLEYBALL RENTAL RATES

COST:

  • $145 Per Hour – 1 Regulation Net (Using one gym space)

  • $165 Per Hour – 2 Practice Nets (Using one gym space)

  • $200 Per Hour – 2 Regulation Nets (Using both gym spaces)

  • $300 Per Hour – 4 Practice Nets (Using both gym spaces)
